CANCELLATION PLAN OF TRANSACTION

PT SUPER ENERGY TBK.

PT Super Energy Tbk. ("Company") hereby submits the disclosure of information regarding the cancellation of the planned transactions as follows:

1. Novation of Receivables of PT Super Capital Indonesia ("PT SCI") to the Company and the emergence of the Company's debt to PT SCI; and
2. Conversion of debt from PT Energy Mina Abadi ("PT EMA") to the Company into shares in PT EMA.
